File Upload Guidelines

Follow these specifications to ensure the best print quality

Accepted File Formats

  • PDF (preferred for print)
  • AI or EPS (vector files)
  • PSD or TIFF (high-res raster)
  • PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum)

Color Profile

  • Use CMYK color mode (not RGB)
  • Convert all spot colors to CMYK
  • Embed ICC color profiles
  • Rich black: C60 M40 Y40 K100

Bleed & Safe Zone

  • Add 0.125 inch (3mm) bleed on all sides
  • Keep text 0.25 inch from trim edge
  • Extend background to bleed area
  • Include crop marks if possible

Resolution & Quality

  • Minimum 300 DPI at final size
  • Use vector graphics when possible
  • Avoid upscaling low-res images
  • Large format: 150 DPI acceptable

Fonts & Text

  • Outline or embed all fonts
  • Minimum 6pt font size
  • Avoid thin fonts under 8pt
  • Convert text to outlines for safety

Technical Requirements

  • Flatten all layers before export
  • Remove hidden or unused layers
  • Maximum file size: 100MB
  • Use compression for large files
